When you have entered the fund from the start page, you can start creating an application form. You can create any number of application forms you wish, depending on the number of investment vehicles you are using for your investment.
1. Start filling out your application form by clicking the button named "Create new application form".
2. You will now see a form with questions concerning your investment. Read the questions carefully and fill out the form.
3. When you have filled out the form and reviewed it, either click "Save as draft" or "Create application".
4. If you click "Create application", an application form will be automatically drafted based on your answers in the previous stage.
5. Review the generated application form. If you want to make changes, click "Edit application". If you are happy with your application form and wish to submit it to the law firm for their review, click "Submit". (Please note that at this point the application form will only be submitted to the law firm, and not the fund manager.)
6. Your application form will now be reviewed by the law firm. The law firm may either approve your application right away or request you make some changes - in both of which cases you will be notified by e-mail. (Please note that the fact that the application form is approved by the law firm does NOT mean that the application (including e.g. requested commitment) is approved by the fund manager.)
7. When the application is approved by the law firm, you will be requested to sign it. You will then have the choice to either sign the application form electronically using the Techquity platform, or by printing it and sending it by regular mail.
